ONLINE VOICE LESSONS
I offer private online voice lessons for singers of all levels, from beginners just starting out to experienced singers preparing for auditions and performances.
My teaching is grounded in sustainable vocal technique while always keeping the individual singer and their goals at the center of the process. I also like to make sure we have a lot of fun together. Lessons will focus on vocal technique, artistry, and overall confidence.
While I’m an opera singer, I work with singers across a variety of styles, including classical, musical theater, and pop. Whether you're preparing for an audition, working toward a specific vocal goal, or simply want to become a stronger and more confident singer, I’ll make sure lessons are tailored to your needs.

Single Lessons
30-Minute Online Voice Lesson | $50 | Ideal for younger singers, focused technical work, or students who prefer shorter sessions.
60-Minute Online Voice Lesson | $90 | A full lesson combining individualized vocal technique with repertoire and performance work.
4-Lesson Packages
Four 30-Minute Lessons | $190
Four 60-Minute Lessons | $340
Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase and must be used within six weeks of purchase.
Ongoing Weekly Lessons
Want to make voice lessons part of your regular routine? Ongoing students can reserve a consistent weekly lesson time and enroll in automatic monthly billing.
Weekly 30-Minute Lessons | $185/month
Weekly 60-Minute Lessons | $335/month
Monthly tuition includes four private online lessons per billing cycle and reserves your regular weekly lesson time.
Audition & Repertoire Coaching
60 Minutes | $100 | A focused session for singers preparing for auditions, performances, recordings, competitions, college auditions, or other specific professional and educational goals.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full and are not eligible for a makeup lesson, except in the case of an emergency.
Four-lesson packages expire six weeks after purchase. Unused lessons are nonrefundable and do not roll over beyond the expiration date.
For ongoing weekly students, lessons must be used within the applicable billing period and do not roll over into future months. Lessons cancelled by the teacher will always be rescheduled or credited.

ARTS GRANT WRITING

Have a project you believe in but aren't sure how to turn it into a competitive arts grant application? I offer grant writing, editing, and funding strategy services for individual artists, musicians, ensembles, and small arts organizations.
As a singer myself and the founder and Artistic Director of Opera Athena, I’ve become well-acquainted with grant writing. I know the stress of having an idea and not knowing what to do to and translate that idea into a clear, concrete project that a funder can understand and support.
Over the past three years, I have successfully secured more than $40,000 in grant funding for artistic projects.
I specialize in arts funding, with particular experience navigating Minnesota grant programs, including the Minnesota State Arts Board (MSAB), Metropolitan Regional Arts Council (MRAC), and Minnesota's regional arts councils. I am also available to work with artists applying for Iowa Arts Council applications and other opportunities.

In a 60-minute strategy session, we'll discuss your project, eligibility, timeline, and funding needs and identify grant opportunities that may be a good fit. This is also a great option if you've never applied for an arts grant before and want help figuring out where to start.
Application Review & Editing | Pricing based on application length and level of support.
Already have a draft? I'll review your application for clarity, strength, and alignment with the funder's criteria. Depending on what you need, this can include editing your narrative, identifying areas that need more development, reviewing your budget and timeline, and making sure your application actually answers the questions the funder is asking.
Full Grant Writing | Starting at $500
Have the project but don't want to write the application yourself? We'll talk through your idea, and I'll work with you to develop it into a strong grant application. Depending on the grant, this may include:

• Budgets
• Project timelines
• Community impact and accessibility plans
• Evaluation strategies
• Artist and organizational descriptions
• Editing and final application review
Every project and grant is different, so full application pricing is based on the scope and complexity.
MY APPROACH
Good grant writing shouldn't turn your project into a pile of buzzwords. My goal is to understand what you actually want to do, why you're doing it, who it will serve, and what you need to make it happen. From there, I help turn those ideas into a specific, compelling application that speaks the funder's language while still sounding like you.
I particularly enjoy working with individual artists and small organizations that may not have a dedicated development staff. You don't need to come to me knowing the right terminology or having every detail figured out. That's part of what I'm here to help with.
